Pemberton's sign
Etiology:
- superior vena cava syndrome due to obstruction of the thoracic inlet
- goiter with enlarged thyroid compressing subclavian vein & jugular vein [1]
Clinical manifestations:
- reversible facial congestion after elevation of both arms
